If you are experiencing trouble signing into your SWAT Ammo Box from the Marksman website, below are several steps you can try to regain access to your SWAT Ammo Box:
- Step 1: Go here and click the "Forgot Password" link.
- Step 2: If you do not receive an email with a password reset button within a few minutes, check your spam folder by searching for "Marksman."
- Step 3: Once you click on the password reset email, if you are redirected to the Marksman homepage and do not see a password reset lightbox, check your internet browser to see if you have any pop-up blockers turned on. If you do, turn them off.
- Step 4: Once any pop-up blockers have been turned off in your browser, click the link from the password reset email again.
- Step 5: If you still do not see a password reset box, try clearing out your cache in your browser before clicking the password reset button in your email again.
- Step 6: If you still do not see a password reset box, try clicking the same email from another device.
- Step 7: If you do not see the password reset pop-up box after clicking the reset button from another device, try creating a new profile altogether with a modified email address. (ie. If your email is username@gmail.com, try using username+marksman@gmail.com. You should still receive the email in your username@gmail.com email account, but adding a plus sign (+) and then any other word or letters are you to use your normal username with unlimited alternative emails that will all be received in the same inbox.
- Step 8: If you still have issues signing into your SWAT Ammo Box account, contact us and we can delete your username altogether and have you fill out a new profile just like you did the first time you registered using the exact same email address.
No contact information, email addresses, cell phone numbers, or other mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
